These transactions represents the most common types of registration and title transactions allowed at
on-line precessing offices. Additional transactions may be added subject to DMV review and approval.
Processed transactions may be cancelled by participating company before the end of the same business
day.
Participating Company may process registration and title transactions for the vehicles they own or
register in their own name and for the vehicles in which they have a secuirity interest. They may also
process transactions for other owners and registrants provided that no additional fee is charged for
registration processing except those fees which are permitted under part 78.19 (c) of the Commissioners
Regulations or under section 395 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. This Paragraph shall not prohibit the
participating Company from charging and aggregate fee for fleet maintainance services for which
processing of registrations is only incidental. All processing is subject to restrictions listed below.
